I have this really great trend going where I can’t fall asleep until around 3AM, and around 2AM I get so hungry I feel like I could disintegrate at any moment.
Last night’s 2AM snack was a sliced up peach with maple pecan granola. As I was deleriously eating my mini meal, I got to thinking how earth-shattering amazing it was that I didn’t have to use a spoon to eat my granola, I was using the peach slices.
It’s like I’m some kind of genius or something.
So here is my 2AM list of things you could use as a spoon when you just dont feel like doing the dishes…ever:
Apple/Peach Slices: Perfect for scooping giant amounts of peanut butter, granola or chocolate
Bread: I eat most of my soup by dipping bread into the soup to soak up the broath
Lettuce: Ok, I guess this is instead of using a fork. Wrapping food in lettuce just makes everything more fun
Bananas: These are perfect for even more peanut butter face-stuffage and maybe even add a couple chocolate chips if you’re feeling crazy?
Your hands: Almost every food is more exciting when it’s in finger food form! I’m a messy eater, so finger food is dangerous for me. I’ve accepted it and fully embrace the stains on my shirt and chocolate all over my fingers!

Haha! Awesome! I think I rarely use silverware with my meals. I make so many things that are just finger food worthy. Broccoli is right?
