I mentioned a couple days ago my favorite ice cream toppings (which included hot fudge) so I guess that could count as a hot fudge sundae?
I haven’t done a weekly challenge in a couple weeks, so I thought it would be fun to do one this week. Last week was crazy stressful and went by in a flash, so I’m hoping to slow down and relax this week. What better to relax than to……..
Weekly Challenge: Do Yoga Everyday
I haven’t been able to go to yoga class as much as I was hoping, but this week I’m making an effort to at least do a little everyday. I will only be able to go to afternoon yoga classes, and those don’t occur everyday. On the days I won’t be able to practice yoga at the gym, I will be doing yoga on my own. Normally it’s really hard to motivate myself to whip out some yoga at home, but I’m going to make a promise to do that this week.
I will be posting my workouts everyday, so if you’d like to follow along that way,you’re totally welcome…or if you’d like to do yoga on your own, that’s great too! The whole point of yoga is doing what works for you!
