Can you believe it’s already Sunday??
I don’t want to talk about it.
What I do want to talk about it the fact that today is National Moldy Cheese Day. I really would like to know who comes up with these food holidays. How do we celebrate? Do we eat moldy cheese today?
Count me out, thanks though.
Yesterday morning I decided it was time to add a new breakfast into the rotation. I stumbled upon Chelsey’s Pumpkin Protein Muffin a couple days ago and decided I had to try it. And I’m sooo glad I did
I topped my pumpkin muffin with peanut butter and sliced strawberries. Amazing!! This was so simple and easy, it will make the perfect week day breakfast!
And now for the weekly Sunday event…
