Finally!

Hey guys!

Hope your all having an awesome Saturday!! I started off my day with something I’ve been putting off for a while…getting my hair done! I love keeping my hair long and going to get it cut scares me so I always put it off to the last minute. My hair was screaming out for a trim so I headed over to the salon.

Getting my hair cut isn’t that big of a deal…it doesn’t really take too long. The boring part is the straightening! I get a permanent straightening done on my hair and it takes around 4 hours to complete. Way too long for me to sit still in a chair!! The end result is worth it though :) Plus, my hair feels sooo much healthier now!

Once I got home from the salon I was starving for lunch so I heated up a big bowl of butternut squash chili (recipe to come!) and some warm sourdough bread.

I must have slept funny because the muscle near the shoulder bone on my right side is really hurting. It feels like it needs to be stretched but I haven’t found a stretch that’s made it feel better. Im thinking baking a batch of cookies may help this situation. I’ve been dying to try Jessica’s Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies with pumpkin puree.

The weather outside is pretty icky so I just may have to stay home and bake some cookies :) Hope you all enjoy the rest of your Saturday and have a super relaxing Sunday!

Questions:

What’s your favorite rainy day activity?

Mine is laying around the house in a big comfy sweatshirt and yoga pants, eating cookies preferably! Me do anything productive on a rainy day? Yea right!

What’s your favorite rainy day meal?

I love anything cheesy (pizza!), sweet (cookies!) or warm.
