Meal Plan 11/14-11/20

Hi…

Remember me? The girl who pretty much disappeared the past week?

The truth is, the past week of my life went a little something like this:

Work 

School

Coach Cheerleading 

Sleep

Fun, no?

To top it all off, I got a massive migraine Saturday night and it’s lasted all the way to today (Monday).

I’m still feeling pretty terrible, but I wanted to put together a meal plan for this week. I don’t have cheerleading at night anymore (for a little while) so almost every night I’ll have time to cook dinner :)

Meal Plan 11/14-11/20

 Monday 

Oatmeal (I know I won’t feel like cooking tonight because of this migraine and I’ve already got a bowl of oatmeal in the refrigerator waiting for me)

Tuesday 

Salad w/ Toasted Walnuts

Wednesday

Skillet Chicken Pasta with Broccoli and Sun-Dried Tomatoes 

Thursday

 General Tso’s Chicken

Friday

Black Bean & Butternut Squash Soup (recipe to come!)

Saturday

Shrimp Stuffed Shells (recipe to come!)

Sunday 

Spaghetti

 

I hope you all had a fabulous weekend!! I’ll be back tomorrow with a regular post, I just need to get rid of this icky migraine!

      It’s okay! I’m working on day 4 of having a migraine now..so weird! I get migraines frequently but I’ve never had one last 4 days. Hope you’re having a good week!
