Remember me? The girl who pretty much disappeared the past week?
The truth is, the past week of my life went a little something like this:
To top it all off, I got a massive migraine Saturday night and it’s lasted all the way to today (Monday).
I’m still feeling pretty terrible, but I wanted to put together a meal plan for this week. I don’t have cheerleading at night anymore (for a little while) so almost every night I’ll have time to cook dinner
Meal Plan 11/14-11/20
Oatmeal (I know I won’t feel like cooking tonight because of this migraine and I’ve already got a bowl of oatmeal in the refrigerator waiting for me)
Salad w/ Toasted Walnuts
Black Bean & Butternut Squash Soup (recipe to come!)
Shrimp Stuffed Shells (recipe to come!)
