I decided as part of my November Goals I would go back to meal planning. It’s about time! I’ve been eating pretty junky foods and I’ve been getting a lot more headaches lately, which I assume are related. I figured if I start planning my dinners I can at least get more nutritious dinners in and hopefully my headaches will go away. A girl can hope!

My meal plan consists of making a big pot of stew for lunch next week. And coming up with something for the weekend. My to-make list is so long, it’s hard to narrow it down and just pick out a few things! I definitely want to try baking some bread this weekend, I haven’t made homemade bread in years.
