I decided as part of my November Goals I would go back to meal planning. It’s about time! I’ve been eating pretty junky foods and I’ve been getting a lot more headaches lately, which I assume are related. I figured if I start planning my dinners I can at least get more nutritious dinners in and hopefully my headaches will go away. A girl can hope!
