I wasn’t going to post today because I’m flooded with schoolwork and probably wouldn’t even be able to type anything that made sense here and I thought I would save you all from that.
But then something changed.
I don’t have the biggest blog in the world, or even a big blog at all, but if even one person reads this it will make a difference.
This morning I was reading Tina’s blog and saw her mention the KIND movement. The first Tuesday of every month, KIND comes out with a new mission for people to sign up for and complete. If enough people sign up to complete the mission, the company completes a big KIND act for the world. The current KIND mission is to donate either your time or an item (food, books, clothes, etc.) to a local shelter or food bank anytime before midnight on Tuesday, December 6th. I think this is an amazing idea. I absolutely will be participating in this from this month on. While we may not all be able to donate a ton of our time or items, I think any bit helps. Even if it’s one can, that’s making a huge difference. I urge you to at least check out the page, and if it’s possible for you to complete the mission, that’s awesome.
