Hope you all had a great weekend…mine went by way too fast as I’m sure all of yours did!
I wanted to apologize for having such a crazy blogging schedule lately, some may have noticed (or not) that I haven’t been posting on the usual days. Things have been pretty crazy in my life lately but I’m hoping to get back to my usual schedule now.
Since it’s Monday I thought I’d post my weekly dinner plan. I didn’t really stick to one last week because everything was so up in the air but now that everythings settling down I can go back to more of a routine.

Tonight for dinner I followed my plan and made Jessica’s Spicy Parmesan Shrimp Skillet and it was delicious!! I didn’t have time to let the shrimp marinate but the pasta & shrimp were full of flavor and so good, especially with a warm slice of bread along side!

Mmm, can I have that slice of bread? It looks so good for some reason. Maybe I just need my carbs–it IS that lazy time of the afternoon.
That bread is so good! It’s gruyere and olive. So amazing!!!
Okay, that just makes it sound even more amazing! I love olive bread. Hmm, making homemade olive bread would probably be an interesting project, I’ve never tried that before.
