This weather is ridiculous the past couple of days! There is so much rain coming down, a few roads are already flooded after only a couple of days! It’s super hard to keep up my energy and be productive all day when all I want is to go home, lay in bed & watch movies.
Breakfast:

For breakfast I threw together a yogurt bowl (mug) and had about 3/4 of a banana nut muffin. One quarter was already gone from when I bought it…I couldn’t help snacking! The yogurt combination was vanilla Chobani, strawberries & pecans layered a couple times. I was surprised this actually filled me up!
Snack:

When I got home in the middle of the day I had an apple cinnamon Chobani (one of my favorites!) I’m so glad I finally found the new flavors in a store near me!! Of course I also had my assistant, Cheddar, hanging out in the kitchen with me.
Lunch:

I stopped by Subway for lunch, one of my favorites! I chose a veggie sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, extra pickles, banana peppers, spinach, peper jack cheese, mustard & sweet onion sauce on honey oat. Oh, and the kitchen sink. Seriously, could that list be any longer?
On the side I had the new flavor of SunChips, parmesan & herb

They were good, but I couldn’t really taste the flavor until I ate a few of them. I’ll definitely be buying them again!
Dinner:

For dinner I heated up leftover chicken parm & pasta, but ended up just putting the chicken to the side & eating the pasta. I’m not a fan of soggy breadding so I was happy to just eat the pasta! It wasn’t really enough food, though so I will pro
