When Jenny posted about her “Going for the Goals” idea, I knew this was something I needed to participate in. I am a huge goal setter, I think it’s super important to always have goals and constantly work to achieve them. The past few months achieving my goals hasn’t been a top priority, so I hope this month I can get back on track. I already have a 112 in 2012 page, which contains my goals for this year, but hopefully this month I can get a few of those checked off my list. My goal for today… step outside my comfort zone
My goal for this week… get used to my new schedule without going crazy- I’m going to have to balance long days at work with countless hours of coaching cheerleading, so it is going to get a little stressful at times while I’m getting used to it
My goal for this month… do yoga at least 3x a week- I haven’t been able to attend any classes in a while and I have been too tired to do anything at home. I really want to make an effort to practice 3 times a week
My goal for summer… challenge myself to take my workouts outdoors- the gorgeous weather makes me want to stay outdoors. I think it’ll be fun to do my typical workouts but take them outdoors, and even try some new workouts
My goal for this year… transfer to a new school- this has been a big goal of mine for a while, but my plans changed a little bit. I need to refocus my plan to achieve this goal
